1. Services Provided
Nevado Media provides video production, content marketing, and advertising services to service-based businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in client contracts or proposals.
2. Use of Website
You agree not to misuse our website in any way, including but not limited to:
Attempting to hack, disable, or interfere with website functionality.
Using the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
3. ROI Guarantee
Our ROI guarantee applies only under the following conditions:
The client must have an established business with proven operations.
The client must provide accurate information during onboarding (including revenue numbers, target audience, and service details).
The client must implement our strategies as recommended.
If after following our system, you do not generate more revenue than you spend with us, Nevado Media will provide a full refund as per the signed client agreement.
4. Payments
Payments for services are due as outlined in the client agreement.
Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services.
All fees are non-refundable unless covered by the ROI guarantee (see Section 3).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, and campaigns produced by Nevado Media remain the property of Nevado Media until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive full usage rights for delivered materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nevado Media is not liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
Business disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, Facebook).
Results outside of our reasonable control (such as ad platform bans, algorithm changes, or client failure to follow instructions).
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:
The client violates these Terms.
The client provides false or misleading information.
The client engages in unethical or unlawful practices.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
